Finding a therapist isn’t always easy.

Are you looking for a therapist with a sense of humor?

Who sees you as a human first and not a treatable symptom?

Who is warm, authentic, and collaborative?

Colorful fidget toys and books about mental health on a white table next to a green sofa.

I’ll laugh with you, dive into your deepest thoughts and feelings, and sprinkle in some evidence-based practices along the way.

Kick your shoes off, grab a fidget, and tell me about what’s coming up for you these days.

Living room with mid-century modern teal sofa and armchair, white side table, small round coffee table with a basket of art supplies, tall floor lamp, wooden cabinet with a potted plant, and art framed prints on the wall, with sunlight coming through window blinds.

Hi, I’m Christina.

A smiling woman with short, tousled brown hair, wearing clear glasses and a nose ring, dressed in a pink shirt, standing against a plain light-colored wall.

I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC). I’m queer, liberal, non monogamous. I’ve been counseling since 2020- a wild time to start counseling! Turns out the times just keep getting more wild. I’ve always considered myself to be an empath and found myself naturally gravitating towards deeper conversations with those around me. A little schooling polished up my skillset and I became a therapist to support individuals in navigating life and all its complexities.

Two people sitting and engaging in conversation; one holds a tablet, and the other gestures with hands.

I can help.

Folx who reach out to me are typically looking for perspective, gaining control, or stabilization. A non exhaustive list of things I can help with are:

  • Anxiety

  • ADHD

  • Depression

  • PTSD

  • Identity

  • Non Monogamy

  • OCD

  • Self-Esteem

  • Relationships

  • BPD

  • Grief

  • Life Changes

  • $200 per clinical hour (50 minutes).

If your insurance includes out-of-network benefits, you may be eligible to receive reimbursement of your session fees after meeting your deductible. These benefits allow you to work with me even if I’m not paneled with your insurance network. Reimbursement may for full or partial coverage. I always recommend contacting your insurance company directly to confirm your specific benefits and reimbursement process.

I’m happy to provide a SuperBill—a detailed receipt that includes all necessary information for submitting a claim to your insurance provider. Payment is due at the time of your session.

  • I highly recommend weekly at first as there is so much to unpack with a new therapist. The continuation of therapy is totally based on your needs. Weekly and biweekly are most common. I’m flexible and you can always reach out to me for sessions as needed.

Therapy can be a long term commitment or short term. I have clients who I’ve known for years and I have clients who I’ve known for a few weeks or months. I will always support you in gauging what’s right for you!

  • A “clinical hour” is 50 minutes. Usually around 50 minutes we start wrapping up, assessing what’s coming up next for you, and making sure our next session is scheduled.

I welcome you to assess your own needs and if you need to arrive to session late or leave early you just let me know!

  • Book a consult! Let’s connect via phone to check the vibe. Message me and we’ll sort out the logistics.

A woman with curly brown hair, wearing a light green sweater, is leaning over a laptop at a desk. She appears to be typing. There is an open book and a pencil on the desk, and a glimpse of a chair with papers on it. She is in a room with a brown leather bench and a decor with green plants on a shelf in the background.
